At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be fearless, but if your fit isn't quite right, we've got you covered. We offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges to ensure you find the perfect piece for your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
